Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination within Canada. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer promotions and discounts on shipping, which will be applied at checkout if applicable. Free shipping is available for orders above $150
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high demand periods, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Method and Delivery Times
All shipments will be handled by Canada Post. We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances. I Woof Treats is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Canada Post website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at Iwooftreats@gmail.com for assistance.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. I Woof Treats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Iwooftreats@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at Iwooftreats@gmail.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
