Welcome to I Woof Treats! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://iwooftreats.ca/ (the "Site") and the purchase of our dog freeze-dried goods and other related products ("Products"). By accessing or using the Site and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

1. Use of the Site

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and purchase our Products. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Orders and Payment

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our Products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Product offered on the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes but do not include shipping and handling charges.

Payment Terms

By placing an order, you agree to pay the price for the Product(s) set forth in the Site, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges. We accept payment by credit card and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for the shipment of the Products to you. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

4. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we will replace any defective or damaged items. Please contact us at Iwooftreats@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your item with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective or damaged Product.

5. Reselling and Private Labeling

Purchasing our Products for the purpose of private labeling or reselling is not allowed unless you are registered with us as a vendor or third-party reseller. If you are interested in becoming a vendor or third-party reseller, please contact us at Iwooftreats@gmail.com for more information and to complete the registration process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Iwooftreats or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iwooftreats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iwooftreats is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in this jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
